​Suo Di

Suo Di is PhD student in Zhao's group. She is from Jiangsu, China. She receives her Master from Jiangsu University in 2020 and bachelor’s degree from Nanjing Normal University in 2016. Her research interests focus on synthetic biology and material science. In the past, she has worked on functionalization of biofilm based on programmable amyloid fiber and its applications. She has already published 2 papers in SCI Journals, AIChE J. and Acs Catalysis and 1 patent. She joins the Zhao Lab to work on Molecular biology and material science utilizing her experience, and she hopes to expand her knowledge through cooperation with the multidisciplinary team. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, listening to music and making coffee.
