Hao Zhuowen, from Gansu, China, is a dual PhD student in Prof. ZHAO’s group. He received bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine from the Wuhan University (major) and English from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (minor). Then he obtained his master’s degree in Orthopedics from Wuhan University. In 2024, he pursued a PhD in Surgery in Wuhan University. Then in 2025, he joined Prof. ZHAO’s team in PolyU to pursue his dual PhD study. His research interests focus on tissue engineering, bioactive peptides, biomaterials and drug delivery.
